Board of Directors

The Board of Directors leads the group’s strategic vision, ensuring that every decision is aligned with the company’s mission and sustainable development goals.

The Board works in synergy with experienced professionals and external advisors to make responsible decisions focused on creating shared value.

Oversight, transparency, and accountability

The presence of Statutory Auditors and External Auditors ensures a high level of oversight and verification across administrative, accounting, and tax processes.

Through a structured system of auditing and monitoring, we ensure accuracy, traceability, and full regulatory compliance in every activity.

Organizational Model 231

We have adopted an Organizational, Management and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001 to prevent misconduct, promote ethical behavior, and protect the company and its stakeholders.

Code of Ethics
