Impact Report
We measure what matters: our social and environmental impact, today and into the future.

The Impact Report represents one of the fundamental pillars of our commitment as a Benefit Corporation, a legal framework introduced in Italy with Law 208/2015, designed to integrate economic objectives with the creation of value for society and the environment.
Becoming a Benefit Corporation means adopting a regenerative business model—one that generates positive impact and guides every decision toward the sustainable growth of both the organization and the context in which it operates.
In January 2023, Eurotherm SpA SB and Enetec SpA SB officially achieved this status, embedding public benefit objectives into their bylaws and launching a structured process to measure their impact through the international B Impact Assessment standard, which helps monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and define concrete goals.
The Evolution Report, now in its third edition, is our Group’s Impact Report—a document that tells the story of our journey toward integrated sustainability, a core element of our vision and our way of doing business.
Through this report, we transparently present our initiatives, the results achieved, and our future commitments, with the aim of engaging our stakeholders and providing a clear view of the value we create.
Within the Impact Report, we present:
- the results achieved as of December 31, 2024 in relation to our public benefit objectives, along with selected impact stories;
- the goals we aim to pursue in 2025 to continue our journey of continuous improvement;
- the overall impact score obtained according to the B Impact Assessment standard;
- an analysis of our main business activities in relation to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Impact Manager is Christian Pezzei, CEO of e.group.
The reporting scope includes the Group’s Italian companies—Eurotherm SpA SB and Enetec SpA SB—and refers to the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024.
The update of the B Impact Assessment and the preparation of the Impact Report were overseen by Annalisa Patelli, B Team Leader & Corporate Communication Specialist at e.group, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
