IMPACT REPORT

As we define our evolutionary path, we have decided to undertake a project aimed at defining our sustainability strategy, which will allow us to evolve and strengthen our organization's innovation and resilience profile.

CODE OF ETHICS

We believe that ethical behavior is a fundamental lever for growth and an important factor in developing the full potential of the company and all its employees. As a Benefit Corporation, our long-term mission is to create shared value for people and the planet.
We intend to achieve this goal with responsibility, transparency, and integrity. The Code of Ethics is the precious tool that accompanies us on this journey: the guide that directs the company and the people who represent it. Its aim is to promote correct behavior towards all those involved.
involved in our business, both directly and indirectly.

SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT

The Code of Conduct encompasses the ethical, social, and environmental principles that guide our network of collaborations. It outlines best practices regarding respect for human rights, working conditions, environmental sustainability, and regulatory compliance. We believe in partnerships based on transparency, accountability, and shared values, to build a more sustainable future together.

MANIFESTO OF VALUES

How we work. Why we do it. Who we are.
We create products, solutions, and services for maximum comfort and energy savings within buildings. We care for people and the environment, creating sustainable comfort and value inside and outside the company. This is our way of being and doing business: with responsibility, energy, and attention to everything around us.

CORPORATE CARBON FOOTPRINT

e.group has calculated its carbon footprint for 2024 in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol, which is an international standard for measuring and reporting greenhouse gas emissions. This protocol was developed over 20 years ago through a collaboration between the World Resources Institute (WRI) and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). This methodological framework has been utilised to calculate carbon emissions based on impact areas, which are divided into three scopes (simplified Scope 1, 2, 3) as required by the protocol.
