Enetec has launched a Continuous Improvement journey designed to build an organization that truly puts people at its core while generating sustainable value for the environment and the broader system in which it operates. Starting in the final quarter of 2024, and with the support of a consulting firm, a structured project was initiated that will guide the company throughout 2025, progressively engaging multiple levels of the organization.
The objective is clear: to create a virtuous system capable of fostering a culture of continuous improvement that translates into well-being for people, value for the company, and a positive impact on customers, suppliers, and the community. At the heart of this journey is the active involvement of people, their growth, and a shared sense of responsibility. Because when people feel good within the company, they are able to create real value beyond it.
To turn strategy into tangible change, goals are translated into everyday actions that involve every level of the organization. Progress is monitored directly where value is created—the Gemba—by observing key indicators such as Safety, Quality and Environment, Customer-perceived Quality, Time and Productivity, and Waste and Scrap. This approach makes it possible to understand the root causes of issues, improve processes, and create a safer, more organized, and more sustainable work environment.
Improvement Teams have been established across production sites, supported by ongoing training and practical tools. Their role is to drive and facilitate change by gathering suggestions, evaluating ideas, and implementing actions that generate value for all. From suggestion boards to sharing results, every step helps build a context where everyone can make a difference and feel part of an evolving system.
A fundamental pillar of the project is the 5S method, which guides the creation of orderly, efficient, and safe environments. Sorting what is necessary, organizing spaces, keeping them clean, standardizing activities, and sustaining these practices over time may seem like simple actions, but they are powerful. Within 5S initiatives, people become key players in delivering rapid, concrete, and sustainable improvements—small changes that enhance well-being داخل the company while contributing to a positive impact beyond it.
Another strategic driver of the journey is TPM – Total Productive Maintenance. The ongoing care of machines and equipment helps prevent breakdowns and inefficiencies, improving continuity and performance across the entire production system. Here too, people’s involvement is essential: everyone is called upon to contribute to the health of the equipment, helping build a safer and more efficient workplace—one that reflects the quality of daily commitment to both customers and the environment.
Continuous Improvement is not just an operational project; it is a cultural journey. A way to grow together, transform the organization, and promote a form of well-being that starts from within and creates value beyond.
